We're a company registered in Scotland (No. SC694683) with our registered office at 15 The Melting Pot, Calton Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH8 8DL, operating as an Amazon Delivery Service Partner from the Bathgate depot.

What We collect
If you apply for a role:
Contact details — name, address, email, phone number
Application details — CV, work history, references, anything you tell us in an interview
Driving licence details — licence number, categories, endorsements, and the results of DVLA checks
Right to work — passport, share code, or other documents we're legally required to see and record
Background check results — where the role requires it, and only with your consent
Health information — only where we need it to make reasonable adjustments or assess fitness to drive
If you just visit the site:
Site activity — device type, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, so we understand how the site is used
Why We Use It
To assess your application and decide whether to offer you a role. To verify your identity, your right to work in the UK, and that your licence is valid for the vehicles you'd be driving. To arrange interviews and keep you updated. To meet our legal obligations as a transport employer. To improve the site.
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Who We Share It With
The DVLA, to verify licence status and entitlements
Amazon, where onboarding as a delivery associate requires it
Background check providers, where a check is needed
Our HR, payroll and IT providers, who process data on our instructions only
Framer and Google Analytics, which host and measure this website
How Long We Keep It
If you're unsuccessful, we keep your application for 6 months in case a suitable role comes up, then delete it. Tell us if you'd rather we deleted it sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employment record and is kept for the duration of your employment plus 6 years, in line with our obligations.
Your Rights
You can ask us to: show you what data we hold, correct anything wrong, delete your data, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete them in your browser, though some of the site may not work as well. Framer's built-in analytics and Google Analytics give us aggregate patterns, not information tied to you personally.

Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection and is stored securely. Access to application data is limited to the people who need it. We review our safeguards and update them as needed.
